Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations:

   • ≥45 calendar days prior to course start: Full refund. (Note: The Prague School registration fee of €100, included in DNS courses through EQ-Rise, is non-refundable but transferable.)

   • 30–44 calendar days prior to course start: 50% refund.

   • <30 calendar days prior to course start: No refunds.

2. Substitutions:

   • Registrants may substitute another attendee in their place at no cost, provided EQ Rise is notified in writing at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the course start date.

3. No-Shows:

   • Registrants who fail to attend without notice will forfeit all tuition paid, with no refund or credit issued.

4. Organizer Rights:

   • EQ Rise LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule seminars for circumstances beyond our control or due to insufficient enrollment. In such cases, registrants will receive a full tuition refund. EQ Rise LLC and host sites are not responsible for participant-incurred expenses, including but not limited to airfare, lodging, ground transportation, or meals.

5. Notice of Cancellation:

   • All cancellation, transfer, or substitution requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to courses@eq-rise.com.

Registration and payment are processed exclusively through EQ Rise LLC.
